Accident Tips
If you are involved in an accident always take the following steps:
- Remain at the scene;
- If anyone is injured telephone the Police and Emergency Services;
- If anything appears suspicious or someone attempts to leave the scene
without giving details telephone the Police and ask for assistance;
- Obtain full details of all parties involved such as name, address,
telephone number, vehicle make, model and registration number,
Insurance Company and Policy Number of all vehicles involved.
- Modern mobile telephones often now have cameras, photographs are
excellent pieces of evidence and often help decide the outcome of cases
so take photographs if you can!
- Take details of all witnesses.
